Blower wheels come out and get washed, drain trays get cleared, coils get cleaned — not a quick wipe and a spray. If you take pride in doing the job right, you will not be rushed past it here.

Aircon Technician (Experienced)
For technicians who already know their way around a fan coil unit and can work independently on a customer’s premises.
What you would be doing
- General servicing, chemical wash and chemical overhaul for homes and businesses
- Diagnosing faults — weak cooling, water leaks, noise, smells, units not starting
- Gas top-up across R22, R410A and R32 systems, and condenser cleaning
- Explaining honestly to the customer what you found and what it needs
What we look for
- Hands-on experience servicing and repairing split-type aircon
- Comfortable with wall-mounted units; cassette and VRV experience a plus
- Able to read pressure gauges and diagnose rather than guess
- Presentable and straightforward with customers — you are in their home
Trainee Technician (No Experience Needed)
For someone willing to learn the trade properly. You start alongside senior technicians who each have over 10 years on the tools.
What you would be doing
- Assisting on servicing jobs — filters, coil cleaning, drainage flushing, blower wheels
- Learning to strip, clean and reassemble an indoor unit correctly
- Preparing and packing up the work area so nothing in the home gets wet or dirty
- Building up to running straightforward jobs on your own
What we look for
- Willingness to learn and to be corrected
- Physically comfortable working overhead and on ladders
- Reliable timekeeping — customers are given appointment windows
- No aircon experience required

Common questions
Do I need experience to apply as an aircon technician?
Not for the trainee role — we hire people with no aircon experience and train them on the job alongside senior technicians. For the experienced technician role, you should already be able to service and diagnose split-type units independently.
What areas of Singapore would I be working in?
Island-wide. We serve customers across the whole of Singapore — east, west, north, south and central — so the job involves travelling to different estates rather than being fixed to one area. Our office is at Blk 153 Bukit Batok Street 11.
What kind of aircon systems will I work on?
Mostly wall-mounted split units in homes, plus ceiling cassette and VRV systems in commercial jobs. We service all major brands sold in Singapore — Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, LG, Midea and others.
What is the pay?
Competitive and based on experience. We would rather discuss it properly with you once we understand what you can do, than post a number that turns out not to match the role. Message us and we will be straight with you about it early in the conversation.
