Saw the positive Google reviews and decided to engage them for a general aircon servicing. DJ and Ah Long arrived punctually and started work straight away. During the inspection, they found mould growing inside one of the indoor units and showed me the affected areas before recommending a chemical overhaul. They also carried out a gas top-up after checking the system. They worked carefully, explained what they were doing throughout the process, and kept the bathroom and floors clean despite the messy nature of the job. The servicing was thorough, and I appreciated that they took the time to show me the condition inside the unit instead of just recommending additional work. Overall, a professional experience and I would recommend their service

Friendly and knew what they were doing. Also explained what is dirty, what needs to be cleaned, fixed etc. Even found out there is a missing cover on my aircon with exposed wires, and told me to remind him to check if he has the part when coming for the next servicing.

Had my aircon cleaned, washed, and gas checked. The service was good and everything was done properly. The technician was friendly, worked carefully, and explained what was being done. My aircon is now much cleaner and cooling better. Overall, a good experience.

1st time engaged the services of the company. Am very satisfied with the general cleaning services by Mr Ah Yong, with just a fee of $120 for 6 units. Air con was well cleaned, explanatory of my air-cond conditions was clear and have given some tips in managing the temp control to avoid water seepage. There are no hard selling on other services. I will definately engaged the company service again.

Great service from Mun Long and his team! This is the second time they have serviced my fan coils. This time i've included chemical wash for some fan coils and the condensers. They were very thorough with the wash, worked efficiently and had good communication throughout. Mun Long was especially helpful and patient when I had questions about how the chemical wash worked and issues with my systems. I also found their yearly package quite affordable for the level of service that they provide and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a aircon service provider.

Called the contact number for dismantling of old system 4 and installation for New system 4. Arrangement made thru whassap. 3 friendly technicians came down to do the dismantling and installation. I just got my old System 3 replaced by Cool Aircon Serving yesterday. Am satisfied with the professional work by their two friendly staff. Ah Chai is very patient in explaining the do's and dont's to ensure our new aircon system stays good. The other team member Ah Yuan is also a responsible service provider. Both staff are very neat and careful not to mess up the place and leave oily hand prints. Their service coordinator CJ is very prompt in his response to my enquiries and has value added by providing good advice. Overall, this company is eager to provide value service at reasonable prices. A very rare find.
