Good service
Dj friendly and helpful. Explain in detail and patiently. Will ask for service again after few months. Hopefully there is a fixed service package offer

Asked for General Servicing of Aircon over the National Day weekend and received prompted reply. Scheduling of appointment date was fast. Worker came within the agreed time frame and performed the general servicing of my aircon units. Overall service experience was good and I will engage Cool Service again for my next servicing.
Ah Yong provided a professional and competent service at my HDB. He serviced and cleaned three units for $75, which I thought was very reasonable. He also identified a motherboard issue with another unit, which I now need to contact Mitsubishi about. I will definitely use Cool Aircon for all my aircon servicing in the future.
Very happy with the aircon service. The technicians were punctual, professional and did a thorough job. They explained the issues clearly and made sure everything was working properly after the servicing. Good service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!
Friendly and good service! Everything was explained clearly to me and the reasons behind each service. Took about 2 hours for cleaning and maintenance of 4X aircons + the compressor. Will be using again!

My house’s aircon was not cold anymore and noisy. DJ and Ah Long suggested chemical overhaul for the affected aircon units and it was a big effort and it was done with diligent effort. Gas was also topped up as it was below a certain level. After two weeks, the aircon is running well with no issue and no leak. Thank you for your thorough servicing.

Serviceman was good. He explained the steps he is taking and gave advice on what to look out for.
The Duo came in took a video and explain thoroughly the state of the aircon and whats needed. Very skillfully took down and clean the ac, everything was quick and fuss free. Definitely recommended.

Found Cool Aircon by chance while searching for air‑con servicing online. Dropped them a WhatsApp message in the afternoon, and they arrived surprisingly quickly. Their service was excellent — they cleaned both the indoor and outdoor units, topped up the gas, and now my air‑con is back to working perfectly, I'm writing the review in my winter jacket now.
Fast responses and able to book an appointment within 3 days of texting of the problem, service staff was professional and my aircon is cold again. Thank you and will come again😁

Ah hwa came down to check my old aircon. He teach us alot on how to maintain and recommend us whether or not to change or repair our old aircon. He was very knowledgeable and quick.
They were able to slot me for a same day service as my aircon was leaking. Ah Hwa recommended a chemical wash and general cleaning for another unit. Was punctual and my place was kept rather clean after he left 👍🏻
