Excellent service. Inspection was thorough and overhaul was done in details. I was impressed with the clean-up after the service. They didn't leave a trace of where they've climed up and down(in and out) after their cleanup. It was our first time trying Cool Aircon. Hope their service in every aspect was as great as how we experienced today.(Before & After photos showed the truth)

Urgently needed to fix my leaking Aircon as well as servicing. Glad I found COOL AIRCON. Whatsapp them and their response was within seconds. That indicates how dedicated they are servicing customers. Managed to secure same day appointment. Servicing was done promptly and efficiently. DJ and his assistant were very polite, neat and clean. Also had some knowledge passed on to me by DJ regarding the condenser unit and when I should service my aircons. Overall service was a perfect score. Greatly recommended! Called the contact number for dismantling of old system 4 and installation for New system 4. Arrangement made thru whassap. 3 friendly technicians came down to do the dismantling and installation. Very professional and workmanship are superb. Job completed within 6hrs. They even help to register for the warranty. Thank you to DJ and the guys.

I just got my old System 3 replaced by Cool Aircon Serving yesterday. Am satisfied with the professional work by their two friendly staff. Ah Chai is very patient in explaining the do's and dont's to ensure our new aircon system stays good. The other team member Ah Yuan is also a responsible service provider. Both staff are very neat and careful not to mess up the place and leave oily hand prints. Their service coordinator CJ is very prompt in his response to my enquiries and has value added by providing good advice. Overall, this company is eager to provide value service at reasonable prices. A very rare find.
