Cool Aircon (“we”, “us”) provides aircon servicing across Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our ads, how we use it, and your choices — in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Contact & booking form: your name, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your aircon (service needed, preferred date/time, message).
- WhatsApp and phone enquiries: the messages and details you send us when you contact us directly.
- Lead forms on Google: if you submit a lead form shown with one of our Google ads, Google passes us the name and phone number you submitted.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons tapped). This uses cookies and collects device and usage data, not your name or number.
- Advertising measurement: if you arrive from a Google ad, a click identifier (gclid) is stored in a cookie for up to 90 days and may be included in your WhatsApp message to us. We use it only to know which ads lead to real enquiries.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule, confirm, and carry out appointments.
- To keep records of jobs done, quotes, and invoices.
- To measure which pages and ads bring genuine enquiries, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or send you marketing messages. We contact you only about your enquiry or booking.
Where it's stored and how long
Form submissions are stored in our own booking system. Enquiry details are kept while we may still need them to serve you (for example, warranty follow-ups or servicing history), after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement (including the gclid cookie described above), and Cloudflare may set cookies for security. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings — the site works fine without them.
Your choices
