Every rate we charge, published upfront with no hidden fees. General servicing from $55 per unit (as low as $20/unit on multi-unit plans), chemical wash from $110, and gas top-up from $90. No GST is added, and the same prices apply 7 days a week.

General Servicing / Yearly Maintenance
General aircon servicing details →Grey figures show the price per unit, per visit — as low as $20/unit on larger multi-unit plans. Recurring plans currently start at 2 units; a single unit is one-time only. The 2x, 3x, and 4x per year plans work as a yearly aircon servicing package (maintenance contract): book once and we schedule the visits across the year. Every unit gets the full scope of work on the right at every visit — there is no cheaper “basic” tier that skips steps.

Chemical Wash
Chemical wash & chemical cleaning prices →A deeper clean of the indoor unit — chemical solutions remove mould, bacteria, and stubborn dirt from evaporator coils and drainage. The only thing that changes the price is the number of units — if your aircon still smells or drips after a general service, this is the usual next step.

Chemical Overhaul (Wall-Mounted)
Aircon chemical overhaul details →Deep cleaning with complete component disassembly. Prices below are for 9,000 & 12,000 BTU units — larger units cost more because there is physically more coil, blower, and housing to strip and clean. From 3 units it is a flat $130 per unit.

Condenser Cleaning
Condenser cleaning details →The range depends on the cleaning method and how big and accessible the outdoor unit is — a condenser mounted on a ledge takes more work than one sitting on a balcony. We confirm the exact price with you before starting.

Gas Top Up

Do your prices include GST?
What you see is what you pay. CoolAircon is not GST-registered, so no GST is added on top of the listed prices — and there are no admin or booking fees either.
Do you charge more on weekends or public holidays?
No. The prices on this page apply 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. We operate daily from 8am to 10pm, and same-day slots are often available.
Are there any call-out fees or hidden charges?
There is no call-out fee and no out-of-area surcharge — the price is the same island-wide. The only extra we may pass on is CBD parking ($5–$20 depending on the facility), and we will tell you before the visit. For repairs, troubleshooting is $50–$80 and waived when you proceed with the repair or servicing.
How much does aircon servicing cost per unit?
General servicing starts at $55 for one unit, and the per-unit price drops as you add units — $30 per unit for 2 units, $25 per unit for 3. On a recurring multi-unit package it can be as low as $20 per unit per visit.
How do the yearly servicing packages work?
Book once and we schedule 2, 3, or 4 visits spread across the year. Each visit covers the same full scope of work as a one-time service — the package simply works out cheaper per visit, and you never have to remember to rebook. Packages currently start at 2 units; single units are one-time only for now.
