Why book a servicing package instead of one-off?

In Singapore’s climate, most aircon needs a general servicing every 3–4 months — but almost nobody remembers to book it until the unit smells, drips, or stops cooling. A servicing package (also called a maintenance contract) fixes both problems: the visits are scheduled for you across the year, and each visit costs less than booking the same service one-off.

Every visit covers the same nine checks as a standard servicing — see exactly what happens during each visit. And because the unit never gets the chance to clog up badly, you’re far less likely to ever need a $110+ chemical wash.

Who servicing contracts suit best

Homes with daily-use aircon

Bedrooms and living rooms that run every day clog fastest. A quarterly package keeps them clean without you having to remember to book.

Landlords & rental units

A servicing contract keeps the unit maintained between tenants and gives you a service record — useful when the tenancy agreement requires regular aircon servicing.

Small offices & shops

We service commercial split units too. Scheduled visits mean cooling stays reliable without anyone on the team having to manage it.

Servicing packages — FAQs

What is included in an aircon servicing package?
Every visit is a full general servicing: filter and panel cleaning, drainage tray flush, blower wheel vacuum and brushing, evaporator clean, refrigerant level check, and tightening of electrical and fan motor components — the same nine checks as a one-time booking, just scheduled automatically across the year.
Is a servicing package the same as a maintenance contract?
Yes — package, contract, or maintenance plan all mean the same arrangement here: a fixed number of servicing visits over a year at a lower per-visit price than booking one-off. There is no separate paperwork-heavy “contract” product.
How much does an aircon maintenance contract cost in Singapore?
From $85 per year for one unit on a bi-annual plan. A quarterly plan for one unit is $165/year, and multi-unit homes pay less per unit — for example, 6 units on a quarterly package works out to about $19.38 per unit per visit.
How are the visits scheduled?
We track when your next servicing is due and contact you to arrange each visit at a time that suits you — you don’t need to remember the schedule yourself.
Does the package include chemical wash or repairs?
No — packages cover general servicing visits. If a unit needs a chemical wash or a repair, we quote it separately before any work starts, and regular servicing makes expensive deep cleans much less likely in the first place.
Do you offer servicing contracts for offices or commercial units?
Yes. We service residential and commercial split units island-wide. For larger systems (e.g. VRV/VRF), message us with the details and we’ll quote separately.
