Aircon Servicing Packages & Maintenance Contracts
Set the schedule once and forget about it. From $85/year for one unit — and as low as ~$20/unit per visit for multi-unit homes. We track when you’re due and arrange each visit.
Why book a servicing package instead of one-off?
In Singapore’s climate, most aircon needs a general servicing every 3–4 months — but almost nobody remembers to book it until the unit smells, drips, or stops cooling. A servicing package (also called a maintenance contract) fixes both problems: the visits are scheduled for you across the year, and each visit costs less than booking the same service one-off.
Every visit covers the same nine checks as a standard servicing — see exactly what happens during each visit. And because the unit never gets the chance to clog up badly, you’re far less likely to ever need a $110+ chemical wash.

Who servicing contracts suit best
Homes with daily-use aircon
Bedrooms and living rooms that run every day clog fastest. A quarterly package keeps them clean without you having to remember to book.
Landlords & rental units
A servicing contract keeps the unit maintained between tenants and gives you a service record — useful when the tenancy agreement requires regular aircon servicing.
Small offices & shops
We service commercial split units too. Scheduled visits mean cooling stays reliable without anyone on the team having to manage it.
