What is normal aircon servicing?
Normal servicing is the routine maintenance most aircon units need every 3–4 months in the Singapore climate. It keeps the indoor fan coil clean, the drainage system flowing, and the refrigerant pressure within range — the basic upkeep that prevents the leaks, smells, weak cooling, and breakdowns that come from neglected units.
It is the cheapest and most frequent service you’ll book. For most homes, regular servicing alone is enough — chemical wash and overhaul only become necessary when the unit has been neglected or develops specific symptoms (musty smell, dripping, weak cooling despite servicing).
